These cookies are great for the whole family. I use them to help with my milk but all the family can have them. The key ingredient for milk production is debrittered brewer’s yeast (so you can delete this) but it will do no harm. I make them in large batches and freeze them. I keep them in the fridge as I find they go soft quicker in the cupboard. I also make them into little balls for Hunter, which he loves as a treat. You can also add some whey protein (1 scoop) to make them a higher protein ball. They are delicious and super healthy. Flaxseeds are the best for inflammation (it pretty much helped me overcome my Lyme disease), it is a miracle seed! Hope you enjoy them!
